this is an exact quote from another site (aka www.thetwilightforums.com)

each banner has a link. When ever I use somone else's banners I simply right click on it, save it to my computer. I can put a link up for ya but you will have to add [img/ at both the begining and end of the link for the imgae to show up.

example: [img/http://mybannerblahblahblah/img]

Then go to imageshack.us
click on browse button from that site (little box will open from your computer)
it will open your comp. you simply click on the banner
click the open button
then click the host button on the imageshack.us website.

It will give you various links just copy (I usually use the one named "linked to forums").

then i would just post the link in the space where ur typing ur reply and yer.... highlight the link press the button with the photograph (next to the one with the photograph and the floppy disc, and on the other side is a chain link) and ur done
